Thank you for shopping with The Squishy Spot! We do our best to pack and ship every order quickly and carefully so your squishies arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy times, product drops, holidays, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Squishy Spot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the carrier’s possession. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first for more information.

We are happy to help where we can, but The Squishy Spot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed, especially if it has already been processed or shipped.
